We take pride in delivering impactful programs every time. Our team brings the right skills, compassion, and expertise to guide and support youth through every challenge with care and dedication.
Our mentorship program connects youth with trained Credible Messengers—certified Substance Abuse Counselors and professionals with lived experience. Through authentic relationships built on trust and shared understanding, we help youth build confidence, navigate challenges, and develop essential skills for a positive future.
Our interactive workbooks (like G.R.O.W. S.L.A.Y. , The Driver's Seat, I Once Was Now I Am) provide evidence-based curricula focused on gang prevention, emotional regulation, substance abuse education, and reentry readiness. Youth engage with materials tailored to their experiences, fostering self-reflection and practical skill-building.
G.R.O.W. groups Facilitated within juvenile halls, schools, and community settings, our Groups provide a safe, trauma-informed space for youth to share experiences, learn from peers, and practice new skills together. Ledby Credible Messengers, these circles foster belonging, reduce isolation, and build collective strength.
Each youth partners with a dedicated Credible Messenger/Case Manager for individualized guidance. Through confidential conversations, we collaboratively develop personalized plans (ISPs), address unique challenges, set achievable goals, and connect youth to vital community resources, ensuring they have the specific support needed to succeed. This personalized support is delivered contextually – focusing on academic success and social navigation within schools, addressing coping mechanisms and reentry planning within juvenile halls, or applying life skills and connecting to resources within the community
